Is it true that you can service my car even though it is under warranty?

Yes, we can. You can have your new vehicle serviced by us without invalidating your vehicle manufacturer's warranty.

What if I have an older car and would prefer to use aftermarket parts rather than genuine parts. Can you do that?

Yes, we understand that maintaining a car is expensive and we are happy to provide you with a choice of genuine parts or aftermarket parts. That way, you can choose what option best suits your pocket!

Can you work on my car while I wait?

Of course! We'll give you an estimate of how long the job will take and you can choose to wait if it suits you. We have a comfortable waiting room where you can work/relax as you wish.

What services to you provide, specifically?

We are a fully qualified shop providing: engine repairs, tune-ups, exhaust repiars & custom exhaust systems, electrical system repairs, transmission, differentials, oil changes, clutches, brakes, suspension, alignments, performance upgrades, advanced mechanical work, a/c systems, undercoating, drive clean testing & repairs, and much much more.

Can you provide me with an estimate before starting work?

Yes, we always provide customers with estimates before doing the work on your vehicle.

What if my car needs more work than what was initially estimated?

We'll always ask you for a contact number so that we can give you a call if we feel that your car needs something above and beyond what was estimated. That way, we can explain what is needed, how urgent it is and also let you know how much extra it will cost. The choice is then yours as to whether we proceed with the extra work.

Can you provide me with an itemised invoice?

Yes, as a registered garage we are obliged to give you an invoice detailing the work carried out. We split our invoices into two sections - Parts and Labour. This allows you to see where the bulk of the cost is coming from for any given job.
